  1. Collapse Document is a command on the Documents submenu of the Outline menu. It temporarily hides from view the document window attached to the currently selected headline. Depending on the label style of the headline, MORE uses special symbols to indicate when there’s a collapsed document window.

  3. You also can collapse document windows with any of the following methods:

  5. •    Double-click on the label  of the window’s attached headline.
  6.  
  7. •    Press the Enter key on the numeric keypad.
  8.  
  9. •    Press Shift-Enter.
  10.  
  11. •    Hold down the Option key while double clicking inside the document window.
